Wearing your cami's year-round!

Let's face, every girl has a myriad of camis in every color in her closet. They're perfect in the summer to wear with a flirty skirt or a pair of shorts, but they do us little-to-no use in the colder months. Here are some easy ideas that will allow you to wear your favorite camis even in the winter!
This green racer-back embellished cami (FULL TILT Applique Bib Womens Tank @ Tilly's - $9.97) is adorable! It'd be perfect in the Spring paired with a flirty white skirt. However, in the Autumn and Winter months, pair it with these almost bronze-colored corduroys (J BRAND DENIM Mid-Rise Corduroy Skinny Jeans @ theoutnet.com - $19.80). To keep your arms still warm and toasty, cover it with a tie-waist or half-button down sweater (Long Cable-knit Cardigan @ H&M - £17.99)

Accent this outfit with this Olive Green Plastic Bead Stretch Bracelet (£ 6.50 @ Avalaya), these LUICHINY: ZEN A DOO boots ($80 @ heels.com) and a nice cover, like this White Crochet Beanie Skull Cap Hat ($1.93 @ Amazon.com)

And there you have it, taking a summer-style top and making it completely suitable for colder weather!

Let's talk mini-pencil skirts!

I love pencil skirts. They're a great way to accentuate your body and make you feel incredibly sexy. They're easy to dress up OR dress down. And to boot, they're absolutely in season! But, the #1 rule to wearing a tight mini or pencil skirt is to NEVER wear a tight top. Let's share some examples of how I would and how I do wear pencil skirts!

This outfit is absolutely PERFECT for a wine night out with the girls. Pair it with your favorite pumps and handbag, some dangling bronze jewelry and you're set!

Love the pencil skirt, but find the above outfit a little too much for just a mall trip? How about:

Nautical theme is in right now. So, this outfit is perfect for a shopping date with your girls or a picnic with your fella. I LOVE this outfit. Pair this with your favorite red wedges or red flats, a nice floopy hat, your favorite bag and a long anchor necklace and you'll have the nautical fashion down pat!

As per usual, Happy Stylin'! <3<3

Here's to hoping everyone's having a happy vacation!

Just a quick update--

dressforyour20s isn't dead or anything. Nor is it going anywhere. My husband has been home on leave for the past few days and I've been spending time with him and the in-laws before he ships back out. It's been an enjoyable week, however quite stressful. Then again, large family gatherings plus holidays always equals an interesting time! All stress aside, I've been having a wonderful anniversary-Christmas-New Years holiday rolled into a matter of 3 days.

I hope all my readers have been having a joyous holiday and productive vacation! Today I shall be making the 8ish-hour trek to return my husband to base. Give me until Monday/Tuesday and I'll be back to your regularly scheduled fashion/style/make-up blogging!

I'd like to hear from you guys on how your holidays went! Did you stick to any prior diets or did you indulge in the holiday spirit and eat your pie with whipped topping? Did anyone make a New Year's resolution? Do you plan to stick to it?

Can't wait to be home with my Momma and brother and be back to blogging all my favorite styles!

Love and miss you all - and as always - Happy Stylin'!
